She Temple Co-Creators

Shekinah Leigh is the founder of She Temple ~ Sacred Women’s Teachings. She has been immersed in her spiritual path for over two decades, exploring what it means to be woman in this day and age and supporting other women with teachings and tools, so that they can live their best life!

Shekinah runs her own business on the Gold Coast, facilitating Weddings and Ceremonies, Women’s Groups, Workshops and Self Study Courses and providing SHAKTI Girls ‘Coming of Age’ Programs for young women and girls. She also has over 15 years experience as a Kahuna Bodywork Therapist and combines a range of modalities to provide services that honour & support women. Shekinah holds a strong and safe space for transformation & healing to take place at a deep & cellular level and is able to provide a comprehensive and holistic approach to healing our relationship with ourselves, life and others.

Rachel Di Re (pronounced Dee Ray – or close enough without an Italian accent) is a co-creator of She Temple. Also known as the Integrated Midwife, Rachel blends the best of both worlds to provide continuity of care for all women, especially those who are negotiating conception, pregnancy, birth and/or motherhood.

Rachel has over 30 years of experience, both personally and professional, in holistic practices. Having managed health food shops in the UK and Sydney for 9 years, studied natural medicine, complementary therapies, massage and bodywork… She embarked upon her journey into midwifery in 2008 and has spent many years in a tertiary birth suite providing antenatal, intrapartum, postnatal care & continuity of care.

Today Rachel blends the wisdom of ancient knowledge with modern day science to create a unique experience for pregnancy and parenthood.

She Temple ~ Other Facilitators

Caroline has worked as a therapist for more than 25 years having trained in Acupuncture, Traditional Chinese medicine, Cranial Osteopathy, Remedial massage, Essential Oil therapy, Evidence based EFT, Radiant Body Yoga and breathwork (pranayama), her journey has led to the development of a unique style of therapy that allows clients to take control of their own healing journey.

‘Life is such an incredibly beautiful gift and I am passionate about reminding people to enjoy it- however that looks and feels for you.  I teach many styles of moving meditation, yoga, and breathwork which gently brings people back into their body.  Meditation is something we know we ‘should’ do and finding what works can be one of the biggest hurdles for most people.’

Caroline works as a healer and teacher using her own unique combination of bodywork and conscious breathing, guiding you to release any patterns of trauma and subconscious programming that may be preventing you from healing any aspect of your life.

Testimonials

“Shekinah is a therapist of therapists! Her knowledge, bodywork, craft-womenship, and skill is of high quality. My experience with her has always been phenomenal. She ‘knows’ the exact location of disharmony within my body whether it is caused by physical, mental or emotional stress. As a registered midwife & body worker of 15 years I can also highly recommend Shekinah for essential pregnancy pampering and massage. Anyone who receives bodywork from her will be experiencing a massage of a lifetime. It will be one that you’ll never forget and will leave you coming back for more!” ~ Rachel
